About Us
To psaraki was created by its owners Thanasis and Aggeliki based on the idea of simple and honest food.
With over twenty years of experience in the restaurant business, distinctions and awards for the Mediterranean cuisine, we fulfilled our desire for “return to the basics” in this restaurant.
We rely on the local production, and the seasonality of santorinian land for the creation of our menu.
With the known protagonists of the local products like the cherry tomato, the fava bean, the caper, the white eggplant but also with the less known round zucchini, the kardamida (salicornia), the xylangouro cucumber or the young green peas.
